Course Update...
The bell on the 8th hole has been moved down to the bridge at the start of the path - give it a ring on your way past.
The 9th hole GUR and Penalty Area stakes have been moved due to the area recovering from last May's drainage work. The GUR area is smaller and more of the drain is a penalty area.
Below the platoon has removed the plastic path on the 9th as it is no longer required. The plastic pavers will be redeployed to other areas of the course. Also, a steel edging has been installed around the garden adjacent to the putting green. Well done to Anton and the team. See photos below.
Other Updates...
There is a one week extension for the sign up deadline, till Wednesday the 2nd of March. The sheet is in the Pro Shop - let's get a good field for this great trophy.

Recent Results...
A field of 76 competed for the prizes. Dennis Cooper & Harry Caust with a combined 47 points won from Piero Dal Bianco & Tony Dick on 46. NTP on the 11th went to John Hobbs and Alec Dietsch won the Pro-Pin. Tony Dick was the individual winner.
A significant trophy day in our calendar. Par competitions always "focus the mind" in one way or another. So 93 golfers were feeling the pressure. The cream rose to the top with Pat Donoghue & John Mcguire taking the Jock Russell Trophy with a plus 6. The Bill Chrystal, left handers trophy, went to David Moffet with +1 on a count back from Brian Hanrahan. Individual winner for the day was Simon Kemp with +5, a great result.
A solid score of 41 points ensured Louis Connell won the day.

Course is closed for a light renovation of the greens.

The Greenkepper's Revenge coupled with the St Patricks Day Irish Whiskey event is too much to miss. A 4 person Ambrose with 3 drives per player requirement.
